In March 1922, Josef Lada published the introductory episode of the series The Pranks of Frantík Vovísek and Bobeš the Goat – the first attempt at a modern Czech comic strip. This exhibition aims to explore where the domestic comics have progressed in form and content over the past 100 years. Virtuall all the key authors of Czech comics are represented – Ondřej Sekora, Karel Saudek, Jiří Srb, Jaroslav Němeček, Lucie Lomová etc.
